Whether you are newly pregnant and wanting to be prepared, just beginning your breastfeeding journey with a new little one, have questions along the way, or need help with your new pump, all of these issues can be addressed with care and compassion to help you and your family thrive in your journey.
Services
Initial Lactation Visit
In your 90 minute initial consultation we will go over your current health history, birth and current feeding plan, discuss any issues you are having, do a pre- and post-feed weight on your baby, and a full oral exam. We will customize a care plan that works best for you and your baby and that fits your feeding goals.
Follow Up Visit
In your 60-90 minute follow up We will review your care plan and see how things are progressing. We will make changes to your care plan as needed to continue moving towards your family’s feeding goals.
Group Breastfeeding Class
Interested in a breastfeeding preparedness class where you can connect and learn with other expectant families?
During group classes we will cover benefits of breastfeeding, breastfeeding positions, latch, feeding cues, how to know if baby is getting enough and much more.
