Supporting Mamas and Babies throughout their feeding journey

Whether you are newly pregnant and wanting to be prepared, just beginning your breastfeeding journey with a new little one, have questions along the way, or need help with your new pump, all of these issues can be addressed with care and compassion to help you and your family thrive in your journey

Breastfeeding should not be painful. If you are experiencing pain or you feel that your baby is struggling with latching well, I am here to help. I truly believe that breastfeeding is a journey. Sometimes it is smooth but sometimes there are bumps in the road. I am here to help and support you through all of that.

In your visit we will go over your health history and that of your baby. I will do a full oral exam for your baby and watch a full feeding session. We will discuss all of your concerns. We will spend 60-90 minutes together and you will be provided with a care plan that is specific to you and your baby. We can tweak it as we go to help you meet your feeding goals. I provide follow up appointments where we will spend an 60-90 minutes together seeing where you are in your journey and what needs to be changed.

Services

Initial Lactation Visit

In your 90 minute initial consultation we will go over your current health history, birth and current feeding plan, discuss any issues you are having, do a pre- and post-feed weight on your baby, and a full oral exam. We will customize a care plan that works best for you and your baby and that fits your feeding goals.

Infant Craniosacral Therapy

Do you have a pre-crawling baby that exhibits body tension? Does their neck seem extremely strong? Are the rolling way too early? Do they have latch issues or been diagnosed with a tongue tie? Seem to have a head turning preference? Infant Craniosacral can help with these issues.

Follow Up Visit

In your 60 minute follow up visit, we will review your care plan and see how things are progressing. We will make changes to your care plan as needed to continue moving towards your family’s feeding goals.

Group Breastfeeding Class

Interested in a breastfeeding preparedness class where you can connect and learn with other expectant families?

During group classes we will cover benefits of breastfeeding, breastfeeding positions, latch, feeding cues, how to know if baby is getting enough and much more.
